Aynalem, a proud graduate from our Tesfa group, has become a true source of hope and inspiration. Before joining our program, she struggled with motivation and was unsure how to start working. Her life was mainly focused on caring for her daughter, leaving her feeling unhappy and unfulfilled. Since joining Tabitha Reach, Aynalem has gained confidence and embraced her new role with enthusiasm. She often says that being part of Tabitha has brought her peace and a new sense of joy. During her training, she posted a poster in her bedroom that read “Aynalem can” to remind herself daily of her potential.

After receiving business training, Aynalem started making and selling spices from home. She now also provides breakfast, including bread, tea, and coffee, for our current trainees. Aynalem feels that Tabitha helped her see herself in a new light and believe in her own potential. Her daughter has noticed the positive changes, remarking that seeing her mother laugh and be happy has made a big difference. Aynalem’s journey from doubt to empowerment showcases how our programs can foster self-belief and provide practical skills for a brighter future.
